Christ Episcopal Church, 220 40th Street NE, offers a Supper Series in Lent to explore the spiritual practices of world religions. February 24 features Zuiko Redding, Resident Teacher at the Cedar Rapids Zen Center. She has been studying and practicing Zen Buddhism since the early 60s and will share her insights. A short Taizé service begins at 5:45 p.m.; a light soup and salad supper is offered at 6:10; and the Lenten learning series begins at 6:45 p.m. Attend all or part of the evening.
