All Parish Budget Q & A, this Sunday at noon in the Parish Hall. The Finance Commission invites members of the parish to a question and answer session about all things financial at Christ Episcopal Church. The statement of income and expenses for 2011, balance sheet, and budget passed by Vestry for 2012 will be open for discussion. The Annual Parish meeting will be held next Sunday, Feb. 12, following the 9 am worship. (Note: only one worship service on the 12th beginning at 9 am). |

This Weekend at Christ Church
It’s Boy Scout Sunday! All scouts will be recognized at our 10:30 worship service this Sunday, wear your uniform if possible. Our own Troop 2, a troop dedicated to young men with special needs, is celebrating its two year anniversary with us.

Hey, Kids! Bring a lost sock (if you have one) to Jubilee Kids Club this Sunday! We meet after the 10:30 service for lunch and a Jubilee project. This month it involves poster boards, markers, and old socks. What could THAT be? We also have a super-secret project to do this month See you in the Green room!
Super Bowl XLVI - Patriots vs. Giants: All are invited to join the party in the parlor this Sunday, Feb. 5 at 5 p.m. Feast on Mike’s chili, brats and hot dogs. Prizes are given each quarter for our non-gambling pool. Bring the family or just yourself, but please bring a snack to share - if your snack requires kitchen prep, please use the downstairs kitchen. Drinks, food & broadcast on large screen, provided. Suggested offering is $4/person, $10/family. Proceeds and donations to go to local Habitat for Humanity. No sign up needed.
