WHAT IS UTO?

United Thank Offering (UTO) is a personal and family devotional program of the Episcopal Church.  It is the sum of our daily thanks for the blessings in our everyday lives -- for good weather, happy times, job opportunity and unexpected visits.  There are so many things for which we can be thankful.

Here's how to take part in UTO:

     ·  Pick up a Blue Box in the Narthex or on the table in Church office entryway.

     ·  Put the Blue Box in a convenient place.

     ·  Take a moment each day to say, "Thank you," to God.

     ·  Put a coin in the box after giving thanks.

Twice a year, parishioners are asked to bring the amount of a daily thanksgiving for the spring and fall ingathering (or collection).  The Christ Church ingathering is combined with the offerings of hundreds of thousands other Episcopalians to become the United Thank Offering.  More about UTO.
